Still, we persevere with the Pokémon Challenge, even if we are off track. Today we look a little deeper into my Pokémon psyche and examine what my Gym specialty would be if I was a Gym Leader.
We have previously seen that my favourite Type in the Pokémon world is Fire. However, as a Gym leader, this doesn’t present much of a challenge to trainers if they come equipped with a Water type. After all, unless it’s an electrical fire, you can use water to douse a fire. So if Fire type isn’t my Gym specialty, what would it be?
I would specialise in Dragon types! I’ve always had a fondness for the Blackthorn Gym in Blackthorn City in Gold and Silver, and I like many of the Dragon type Pokémon. Being a Gym late in the game, it’s a good challenge and there’s a puzzle to work out before you can beat the Leader.
