Welcome to Day 2 of the Pokémon Challenge. Today we look at the opposite of yesterday – my least favourite Pokémon.
I had a bit of a hard time pinning down my absolute least favourite Pokémon. I have ones I dislike, ones I don’t use and of course ones like Dunsparce and Stunfisk which look awful and aren’t of any real use to anyone. But after a bit of a think, I concluded I definitely do not like Mr Mime (or in fact his evolutionary line). The whole line is creepy, both in design and what it can do – create objects out of thin air. And also slap you if you interrupt it. The textures Mr. Mime was given in Detective Pikachu confirmed the weirdness of this Pokémon; dodgeballs for shoulders and a weird latex head. Mr Mime now also has a Galar form, which I haven’t seen much of as I haven’t played Pokémon since Black and White 2.
